1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your trolley bag, you may return it within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The trolley bag must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The original packaging and tags must be intact .Make sure to include pictures or videos.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your trolley bag, you may return it within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The trolley bag must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The original packaging and tags must be intact .Make sure to include pictures or videos.
-We will check your request within 24 hours and let you know if it's approved
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Customized or personalized trolley bags.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1.Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at customercare.raahha@gmail.com or 9967927479 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the trolley bag in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
3. Label the Package: Clearly write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the package.
4. Our courier partner will pick up the package from the delivered address.
5. Don't forget to return the box and packaging. If you don't, we can deduct INR 200 per item from your refund.
4.Getting the Product Picked Up:
Once approved, Raahha will arrange to pick up the product from your home. Please be ready for the pickup.
The stipulated time limit for the completion of the reverse pick-up process is 15 working days from the date of initiation of the pick-up request. We kindly request your patience during the aforementioned period. However, it is noted that for non-serviceable PIN codes, the designated timeframe may be subject to variations
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned trolley bag, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your trolley bag for a different model or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges directly at this time.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect trolley bag, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at [email address] or [phone number]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
